Responsible for researching the market in which a business operates to determine the products and features that the business should develop. Responsible for selling company's product or services. (SalesForce SFA)
Distribution
Responsible to delivery product to customers. (Oracle Transportation Management)
Customer Services
Responsible for taking care customers after sales has been made. (SAP CRM, Siebel CRM On Demand)
Information Technology (IT)
Responsible for designing, purchasing, implementing, testing, securing, and maintaining information systems for the rest of organization. (VMware vCloud)
