Responsible for managing the business money, Accounting department tracks every financial transaction that occurs within the company, including billing customers. Responsible for developing ideas into a product that can be used by customer. Ensures that the product can be manufactured effectively and design the methods for manufacturing the product. Some popular software are AutoCAD, Microstation and ProductVision.

Responsible for converting raw materials into physical products, Plexus Online and Horizon Software MRP plus.

Marketing

Responsible for researching the market in which a business operates to determine the products and features that the business should develop. Sales

Responsible for selling company's product or services. (SalesForce SFA)

Distribution

Responsible to delivery product to customers. (Oracle Transportation Management)

Customer Services

Responsible for taking care customers after sales has been made. (SAP CRM, Siebel CRM On Demand)

Information Technology (IT)

Responsible for designing, purchasing, implementing, testing, securing, and maintaining information systems for the rest of organization. (VMware vCloud)
