How a virus can spread through an E-Mail Message

Currently, more than 300,00 web sites can infect your computer with unknown virus, worms, trojan horse and other malware. These programs deliver to your computer with different ways of transfer:
  1. open an infected file
  2. runs an infected programs
  3. plugged in a port
  4. connected to the unprotected network

Normally, a common way on how computers may getting easily infected is by e-mail attachments. Here are some steps describing how a virus can spread through an e-mail message.

  • Step 1 - Programmers or creators create a virus that may harm computer through deleting all files. By doing so, they hide the virus in a word processing document and attach the document to an e-mail message.
  • Step2 - They send the e-mail message to thousand of computer users around the world.
  • Step3(A) - Some users feel their computer is affected because of opening that unrecognized e-mail message.
  • Step3(B) - Other users see unrelated e-mail message. Instead they immediately delete the e-mail message and continue their work.

From my point of view, be make sure to check every e-mail message you received before proceed. Peoples who just simply clicks without observe the senders will easily get affected by thousand of virus. Follows some instructions or guideline, so you will getting away from virus trapped.
